I would like to introduce you to Fabia from Fab Baby Fab. Fabia drove all the way from Byron Bay yesterday to grace Handmade Heaven with her beautiful handmade goodies.

Fabia has a nice range of childrens clothing and accessories.

PomPom & Frieda - New and Exciting Stock

Hi Everyone.

Ok, so the mailman bought me in a package today....from POMPOM & FRIEDA. I always get excited when a package arrives...like a kid at xmas.

We have sent the beautiful winter booties, beanies and scarves back to Judith and we are now onto the most beautiful cutsie pie handbags/clutches. Perfect for the little girl in your life, and even fabulous for yourself or a gift and can certainly be used for ALL occassions. They are all made from cotton and come in the most devine and vibrant colours. These have become very popular in Handmade Heaven. So, head on in and grab your PomPom & Frieda Fix.

Hamilton Street Party REVIEW :)

Hi Everyone.

Ok, so we headed to the Hamilton Street Party for the Brisbane Festival on Sunday. Mum, aka Bubba Chenille had a stall as part of Brisstyle.

Micky and I went along to help and support Mum...This is a huge event with last year attracting around 60,000 people...

There was so much food, entertainment and Brisstyle stalls, the day was huge. I took a few photos...Hope you like.

To all the Brisstylettes...It was really lovely to meet you all and put names to faces...thanks for helping make the day a great one...

There were randoms walking around with weird hair, I could not resist and asked them all for a photo...Now, I mean...REALLY WEIRD...It would have to be painful...what about work on Monday? Would you rock up at work like this?

UPDATE - New Business Achiever Awards

Hi Everyone...

Here is the anticipated post....

A big congrats to Optimum Health and Wellness Clinic for taking out the New Business Award..

To be totally honest with you all...I was honourned to have been a finalist in the category...Only being open for 4 months is a huge achievement in itself....I had a fabulous night. Had fabulous company, wine and danced the night away.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank EVERYONE...All my family, friends, readers, customers and Handmadies...without ANY of you, this would not be possible...Handmade Heaven would not be possible.

I would like to thank Susan from Susan Jane Jewellery for my beautiful jewellery and I would also like to thank Kerry for making the wonderful placemat evening clutch...I tried to do HANDMADE as much as I could. One other big thank you to Jess from Bella Boutqiue on Glebe...I got my appointment mixed up for my hair...I thought it was 4:30pm and it was actually 4:00pm. So, I arrive as she is closing...she reopened for me, washed, dried and straightend my hair....SO A BIG THANKS TO YOU JESS....

CALLING ALL HANDMADIES - LOCAL AND INTERSTATE :)

Ok, so I am ready to put a call out to all HANDMADIES (a word which I have made up all on my own...relating to crafty, handy, creative peeps).

Would you like to take another direction with your handmade goodies and graciously enter into the retail world?
This may be a NEW thing for you. You may sell at markets (which I love and encourage) or you may sell online (which I also love and encourage) BUT have you tried the RETAIL side of things? You may have or do, and this is great...OR you may not have and may be thinking about it and this is great too.

Are you a little bit curious to see what goes on?

Hats + New Clothing Range + Advertising + CANDLES

Hi Everyone

Ok, so post #2 today...How keen am I?

Check out the new hats gracing the shelves...Thanks to Mim from Bubba Chenille for these...they are FARBULOUS....



Mel and Kerry are really branching out, expanding and trying new and fabulous things. This is a great example of Handmadies starting with 1 space and expanding...I totally encourage this...They have started making fairy dresses and also pants (for both little boys & girls) and skirts which are all just to "dye" for!




Check out this new advert that went in this week...can you see some of your things? I try and mix it up every month...



I also had a massive day yesterday rearranging RED HOT WICKS, I really wanted to show not only the massive variety of "flavours", but also the different product that you can get in those "flavours". From Large to Small Candles, from oils to wax melts...They are all just devine.



Don't forget that if you EVER see something that you like and you can't get in to see me...Lets do a transaction over email!!!
