DIY Cookies...now available in Handmade Heaven

Hi Everyone

Ok, so I was at a Brisstyle market last year and I purchased a DIY Cookie kit...not for myself but as xmas gifts. The reaction from the recipients was amazing, so I have decided to stock these beauties in Handmade Heaven....

What you get are the dry ingredients all layered and looking beautiful in a jar and you also get a wooden spoon with it. What you don't get are the "wet" ingredients...all you need to add is egg, butter and vanilla....These are so cool and the perfect gift for anyone...young or old.




Thanks to Enticing Icing for putting these together, delivering them and working with me...they are just gorgeous and I hope to place another order VERY soon.

GOODBYE FACEBOOK & GOODBYE TWITTER

Hi Everyone

Due to unprovoked harassment and cyber bullying, We have had legal advice to close down some of our social networking pages, for me that means Handmade Heaven on Facebook and Twitter.

I can still keep you up to date on the blog and you can send a friend request to my personal FB page...Liesa Gifford (which will be strictly monitored).

If you would like to be informed directly regarding Handmade Heaven, we would love for you to email us and we can pop you on our data base to receive updates personally...our email address is handmadeheaven@optusnet.com.au

We have other massive ways to keep you informed! At this stage our advice only relates to Facebook and Twitter.

We have also been advised to stop following blogs publicly and facebook pages that our cyber bully is following. We are still reading all our favourite blogs though (and following privately) and leaving comments to our friends and colleagues.
So if we dissapear off your blog, you'll know why.

We never would have thought this possible in this Handmade world or in the small business world for that matter, but there you have it and really, there is only so much harassment/bullying that one person can take. So, we are upset that we have had to do this, but really, this is the only adult way to keep away from it and to try and prevent it occurring.

Please correspond personally if you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them!

I am just putting out the feelers to get some feedback on something that I would like to expand Handmade Heaven into.

HANDMADE HEAVEN PARTY's

Taking Handmade Heaven to your home? It would be a unique shopping experience in the comfort of your own home. A little different to party plans. Purchases can be made at the party and orders can be taken on the day as well.

I have a wonderful friend that is going to be my guinea pig for my first one, but I was wondering if this is something that anyone else would be interested in hosting?

The host would receive a voucher to spend in Handmade Heaven which will be the value at 10% of sales which are made at the party.

Perhaps you, as the host, would like to come into Handmade Heaven to choose which products you would like brought to your party. You know your guests better than anyone...

I am starting local...so IPSWICH only at this stage...

Let me know your thoughts on this?

We had cupcakes and coffee and it was a really nice morning....It is not very often that we catch up like that...or I actually take the time to STOP...

Jodie from Fluffy Changes has been in this morning to stock her space....
The name sounds interesting, and once you know what it is, it suits it pefectly.

Fluffy Changes are mats made from flannalette that fits perfectly over the removable vinyl mats that are on change tables.
How great to be able to place your baby on the change table and be warm and not sticking to the vinyl AND be able to wash it...

It is so nice to see some more washcloths in Handmade Heaven. It is nicer to know that customers are purchasing these, throwing away their chux and vowing not to purchase them anymore and using the reusable knitted washcloths.
