Hi Fellow Bloggers :)
I have not been looking forward to having this "discussion" with you all...Then I look at my title that I have written and I am excited as to what the future brings not only for me and my family, but Handmade Heaven.
Sadly, I could not find a buyer for Handmade Heaven. Oh yes, there was ALOT of interest but sadly no one wanted to take the next step. So, this got my mind ticking overtime. What can I do to keep Handmade Heaven going? OF COURSE...create an online store and run it from home while I raise my family.
Oh, Handmade Heaven has had its ups and downs (more ups then downs)....I don't look at this as a failure. I have been a successful (and original) handmade retail boutique in Ipswich for over 2 years. I have built up such an amazing fan base and customer base that I could not imagine abandoning you all! The only difference is, customers will not physically be able to come into the shop and purchase...everything will be online, the customer service will still be awesome as will the amazing product supplied to the website....and this is the trend of shopping in the world...So I am excited to step into that huge trend.
I already have so many wonderful handmadies on board the new and amazing adventure and I can't wait to launch in November...so keep your eyes peeled.
The Handmade Expo is going bigger and stronger than ever. So my presence will still be at the market at Bundamba and wherever else we decide to expand it to. So many awesome possibilities out there and so much encouragement and support.
So, in saying that. Handmade Heave's last trading day will be Saturday 29th October. There will be some massive sales leading up to the closing day. I would love to see you all in here with your smiling faces before the doors close...so pop it in your diary as an EVENT...not as a CLOSING DOWN DAY....
Big kisses and cuddles to you all
Liesa
